We are actively searching for experienced Customer Sales Advisors to join a rapidly growing business.

Customer Sales Advisor duties:

· Maintain an excellent understanding of our product portfolio and promote & upsell it positively to clients

· Develop key relationships with key contacts within our customer base

· Work closely with product specialists and the implementation team on all new customers - ensuring their journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional

· Achieve set monthly new business targets

Who are we looking for?

· Evidence of effective interpersonal, skills.

· Previous experience working in a call centre environment is essential.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.

· Effective problem-solving skills.

· Client/customer management skills

· Other European languages would be advantageous but not essential
